Pricing

Every home and every project is unique, so the time required depends on the size of the space, the level of detail involved, and the overall scope of work.

My design services are billed at $150 per hour. As a general guideline, a typical room requires 3–6 hours of design time. The exact amount of time depends on factors such as the size of the room, the level of customization, the complexity of the design, and the amount of sourcing required. Spaces that involve custom built-ins, multiple furniture layouts, or highly detailed selections may require additional time.

Design time may include space planning, sourcing furniture and décor, selecting materials and finishes, creating design recommendations, client communication, revisions, and coordinating orders.

Trade Discounts

Whenever available, I pass my designer discounts directly on to my clients. While not every vendor offers trade pricing, many do, and you'll receive those savings whenever possible. My goal is to help you maximize your investment while sourcing beautiful, high-quality furnishings and finishes.
